The word Mindfulness seems to appear everywhere these days, in t-shirts, books, magazines, schools, etc. But what is Mindfulness? You probably can find many definitions, from a spiritual view to a scientific definition.
We can say that Mindfulness is a state of active, open attention on the present. Is deliberating paying attention to things we normally would not by being aware of the present moment.
When we practice mindfulness, we observe our thoughts and feelings without judging them as good or bad. We pay attention to our mind, body, emotions, to our thoughts and physical sensations.
